P.A.C. DI BEZZETTO SANDRO SRL intends to provide Users of its website with a simple and clear description of the methods of collection, use, processing and protection of their personal data, as well as the rights guaranteed by the regulations in force with regard to the same.
This Privacy Policy is addressed both to Users who access the site https://www.pacpcb.it/ (the “Site”) and navigate through it as mere visitors and to those who, having registered by filling in the relevant form with the assignment of authentication credentials (account and password), may also access a reserved area of the same and use the services offered by P.A.C. DI BEZZETTO SANDRO SRL.

2. TYPE OF DATA COLLECTED AND PROCESSED

2.1 Browsing data
In the event of access to the site for browsing purposes only, no personal data of any kind will be collected as this Site does not use profiling cookies or third-party cookies but only technical cookies.
Only data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols will be collected. This website makes use of log files in which certain information collected automatically is stored, including but not limited to: Internet Protocol (IP) address, date and time of visit, name of the Internet Service Provider, parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment, etc..

2.2. PURPOSE, NATURE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
The browsing data referred to in point 2.1. are collected in automated and aggregate form in order to check the correct operation of the site, to obtain anonymous statistical information as well as for security reasons. They are deleted immediately after processing.
This information is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to ensure the proper functioning and security of the site and the services made accessible.
The provision of data is not compulsory.

4. SCOPE OF DATA DISSEMINATION
The data provided by Customers will not be disseminated.
P.A.C. DI BEZZETTO SANDRO SRL may also be required to disclose the data collected in compliance with an obligation imposed by law and/or following a legitimate request by the Judicial Authority or other Public Authority or for the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim.

Certain data such as location, gender or age will be analysed by Google Analytics, a third-party Google web analysis service that uses cookies and enables detailed statistics on visitors to a website to be analysed anonymously.

5. RETENTION PERIOD
The data provided will be retained for a period of three years after they are provided.

6. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
At any time the Customer may exercise the rights granted to him/her by Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Article 15 et seq. of EU Regulation 2016/679 vis-à-vis the Data Controller, namely:
a) obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, their communication in intelligible form and access to them.
b) to obtain information on: the origin of the personal data, the purposes and methods of processing, the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments, the identification details of the Data Controller, of the Data Processors or Persons in charge of processing pursuant to Articles 4 and 5, paragraph 2 of the Privacy Code or of the persons authorised to process data in the name and on behalf of the Data Controller pursuant to Article 4 of the GDPR, the existence or otherwise of an automated decision-making process, including profiling pursuant to Article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4 of the GDPR
e) obtain the indication of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, data processors or persons in charge of processing;
c) request the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him/her without undue delay as well as, taking into account the purposes of the processing, obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, also by providing a supplementary declaration.
d) request the deletion (so called right to be forgotten) of personal data concerning him/her without undue delay if they are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or processed or if the Controller intends to transfer data to a recipient in a third country or to an international organisation and the existence or absence of an adequacy decision by the Commission
e) obtain the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in breach of the law, including data whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
e) receive certification that the operations of updating, rectification, integration, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form and blocking have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right
f) request the restriction of processing concerning him/her;
g) object, on grounds relating to his particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him. In this case the Controller shall refrain from further processing the data, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
h) to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the personal data concerning him/her provided to the Controller and to transmit them to another Controller without hindrance pursuant to Article 20 of the GDPR
i) when the processing is based on consent, withdraw the same without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation ex art. 17 of the GDPR;
(l) to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if he/she considers that the processing concerning him/her violates the relevant legislation ex art. 77 of the GDPR.
